Our booking window opens every Sunday at 5:00pm CT for that weeks classes. (Monday - Saturday)

We offer an Unlimited Monthly Membership, drop-in credits and class packs with education, military, and nurse discounts available. Take note that we are a cashless business.

Yes. You can choose your own spot in all of our classes; however, we do reserve the right to reassign your spot to ensure every guests experience is the bes it can be and your coach can support you during class.

Join our waitlist! By doing so, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via email as early as 45 minutes before the class start time. You are also agreeing to your cancellation policy.

There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee and credit members will lose their credit. Additionally, members who “no-show” to a class wll be charged $20.

Available spots will be given to waitlisted guests 2 minutes before class. Once class has started, late arrivals will not be permitted.

No. All guests must setup their own account and book themselves in.

You are automatically removed from class with no penalty. If you used a credit to book, it will be returned to you for future use.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to ensure we take all the proper measures to get you ready for class.

Yes, we sell water for $3 per bottle.
